Gram's Place Reservation Information

For online reservations and reservations over the phone, a valid Credit Card is required in the name of the person reserving the room or rooms. One week before your arrival we may need to get an approval on your credit card for the full stay. But you may pay cash when you arrive.
For walk-ins, possible forms of payment include CASH, Traveller Checks, and of course all major credit cards.
Cancellations will be accepted as follows: From DEC. TO MAY is 7 days (one week) prior to arrivalFrom JUNE to NOV is 4 days prior to arrival
A fee is charged for half of the full reservation Sunday through Thursday.
All Cancellations on Friday and Saturday nights will be charged full amount of reservation year round. All 1 night bookings are charged full amount.
If rooms are re-rented, No cancellation fee will apply. :)
CHECK IN STARTS AT 2PM ! We plan our days according to arrival time of guests. That's why we ask you to please call ONE hour before arrival: 813-221-0596. You help us keep our prices low by letting us know when you will arrive and calling ahead.
