All rooms are NON SMOKING!
(Smoking is permitted in both courtyard and porches).

Pets are permitted in containers on our porches but not in Rooms.

Children are welcome.

A Valid Credit card is required for advance reservations in the name of the person reserving the room or rooms.

NOTE:

Tax of 12% is not included in the prices shown on this website!

One week before your arrival we may need to get an approval on your credit card for the full stay. You may pay cash when you arrive. 

Cancellation Policies

FROM DEC. TO MAY IS ONE WEEK (From JUNE to Nov. is 4 Days prior to arrival, (A fee is charged for half of the full reservation Sunday through Thursday). 

All Cancellation's on Friday and Saturday nights will be charged full amount of reservation year round. All 1 night bookings are charged full amount. 

If rooms are re-rented, No cancellation fee will apply
